Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• No refunds will be provided once a digital product is delivered or accessed

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical error preventing access to the purchased product

Any refund decision will be at the sole discretion of Kapil Digital Book Store.
